We are Western Australia's first bean to bar chocolate makers. Our single-origin chocolate bars enhance the naturally-ocurring flavour profiles of different cacao bean varieties. You can find Gabriel Chocolate on the corner of Caves Road and Quininup Roads in Yallingup, just opposite the turn off to Abbey's Farm Road. Savour the incredible range of natural flavours evident in the chocolate tasting of the day. Our fresh, single-origin chocolate contains only cacao - the name of the bean from which chocolate derives - cocao butter (no vegetable fats), sugar, soy lecithin to emulsify, fresh vanilla pods to enhance the cacao beans' natural flavours, and milk products in milk chocolate.
